Direct Beachfront 2 BD Condo On Florida’s Beautiful Gulf Coast!

Florida Vacation Dream Spot - easy and fun! This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is direct beachfront with wide open views up and down the coast. The condo is on the top floor (6th) of the building and is completely furnished with a dining table that seats 6 – 8, sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, flat screen tv, and table and chairs on the enclosed balcony that is a perfect spot for watching the beach, ocean, and fantastic sunsets. You can even see dolphins swimming in by! The master bedroom is an enclosed suite with a large walk in closet, private bath, dresser, night stands and king size bed. The second bedroom also has an adjoining bath, queen bed ,closet, dresser, nightstands and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cabinetry, corian countertops, Stainless fridge, stove microwave and dishwasher. The unit comes with a covered parking space and storage unit equipped with all the beach. Free wifi.
Please note i need to give condo association 30 days minimum notice .

The condo was fantastic, views amazing, watched sunset from the back atrium and the sunrise over the bay from the bedroom. Our host was readily available when we had questions, and provided lots of information for places to visit and restaurants. We were able to park our vehicle and walk or use the free trolly for all our excursions. Highly recommend this condo, best furnished and kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more.

The Host was wonderful. We had some personal problems that occurred on our first night. She went out of her way to help us to work those problems. The amenities were terrific. The view was perfect. We had Dolphins swimming by almost every day. I saw a bald eagle fly out over the gulf and back to land one morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The place was very clean, well organized. Marie-Claire is an amazing hostess. She was very easy to communicate with. She also provided good food options within walking distance.

I’m not kidding when I say the view may be the best on AMI. I can’t imagine it can get much better. The condo was fabulous and situated within walking distance to everything. Love the place and Marie-Claire is wonderful. We hope to come back next year.

My wife and I had a great time here. Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean. We took the elevator down and walked a few feet and we were on the beach. The place is very nice and clean, the owner responds very quick to anything you have a question about. You are also very close anything you would need or want.

This property is 10/10! Clean, quiet, beach view/proximity to the ocean is AMAZING, beach closet full of eveything you could need, shampoo, body wash in the showers, all the cooking supplies you could need and a shelf full of books. The pool was amazing and we basically had it to ourselves all week! We will definitely be back! :)

Marie Claire was an exceptional host. She communicated very well. All instructions were clear and concise. The beachfront property was peaceful and relaxing. Best part was the sunroom. Picturesque views of the ocean and the moon. We were very comfortable. Apartment was very well stocked with sheets and towels. Beach towels included. Lovely apartment, very spacious. Very friendly people who live in the complex. Laundry in the same floor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Better than ever! We’re returning visitors and always try to grab Marie-Claire’s place when we’re in AMI - there’s just nothing else like it. In our opinion, it has the best views on the island, hands down. The unit is always spotless, well-stocked, and super convenient to everything. But it’s the view that really does it; it’s like slipping into a theta brain wave state just sitting on the balcony. Peaceful, dreamy, hard to leave. Marie-Claire is a fantastic host, and staying here always feels like a reset. Already looking forward to the next trip.

Holmes Beach

Great location, beautiful view from the Lanai, fantastic sunsets. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The weather was perfect all week. We're already planning a return visit!!

First trip to AMI

Words cannot describe how beautiful this condo and beach is! A few short steps to the sand and the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. We loved spending time with our young kids at the pool later in the day. The entire property is immaculately clean. Marie Claire was so kind, responsive, and thorough with her communications. Even the beds were very comfortable! We were so appreciative of all the extras stocked in the condo and storage unit. Until we return..I will be dreaming about sunsets viewed from the sunroom!

This condo has an amazing view-you are right on the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. There were a few construction vehicles and some construction work going on while we were there, due to the fall hurricanes. This condo is well-maintained and well equipped for visitors. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is very well equipped if that’s what you would like to do. The pool is lovely and the people that we met there were very welcoming and helpful. The host is very quick to answer any questions you might have and very, very friendly. Highly recommend this property!

Great beach view and location

We stayed here with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the morning room view of the beach, which was perfect for sunsets. Only minor complaint might be the need for some window treatments in the bedrooms to help with being able to sleep-in while on vacation:) We would definitely recommend this place to other families!

Slice of paradise

The most beautiful views of the island and ocean. Condo was stocked with literally everything you need. The perfect location on the island and close to all the best shops and restaurants. Loved our stay so much.
