Check in process was nice and easy. The restaurant/bar situation looked nice but wasn’t able to utilize during my stay. The room was as advertised with a large mini refrigerator, large king bed, and clean bathroom. A/C was nice and cold. Basically this is just a hotel. The only negative was that the sheets on the bed were pretty thin.

This place was remarkable clean friendly staff just overall 1000. Perfect I will stay again and again and again and again the kids loved it convenient to all the shopping centers very convenient to fabulous restaurants. I give it a 10 star if that was extraordinary.

Overall the stay was good. Their are a few things that I wanted/preferred like a room with no carpet, I like high toliet seats, the base board near the floor in the bathroom was a little damaged/whole repair, the ice bucket lid was not as clean as I want, the pool was not working, and the parking lot had loose trash thrown out.

Hidden expenses not readily accessible

The rooms and property in their own right were clean and looked good, very modern. The listing hides that there's additional fees simply to park on the property in the fine details, and when looked online the "complimentary" breakfast was actually about $25-$30 per person after tip

Ehh.. I don’t know if I’d stay again

Checking in, we were interrupted 3 times because the person checking us in was the only one there and she had to answer the phones. I asked for 2 keys, she only gave us 1. The chair provided in the room was disgusting, it had stains on there that were definitely questionable and the headboard had scratches and old stains on it (we just ended up cleaning it up ourselves so we could sleep.) We had the DND marker on our door, someone still knocked and then PROCEEDED TO ENTER! I said someone is in here and they left. We got a call a couple of minutes later saying oh our system shows this room is supposed to be vacant and that we might have to come down to the desk. I said Sir, we are checking out at all and if there are any questions that needed to be answered, it would be at that time. I gave him my name and reservation dates prior to telling him that. When we checked out, we told them what had happened and she apologized, but said it was taken care of. It wasn’t taken care of. Someone entered our room without permission and then called shortly after. I honestly don’t think I’d stay again.
