The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, a cozy living area with a decorative brick fireplace, and a private bathroom. A complimentary street parking pass is included with your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom: Queen bed with a 12-inch mattress
- Living room: Queen sofa bed

You`ll have private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided upon arrival. For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies.

Please note the following before booking:

- One pet up to 45 lbs is welcome with prior approval. The pet charge is 125 USD per stay

- Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are available for 50 USD, subject to availability

- Due to the central location, you may occasionally hear city noise, including emergency vehicles from a nearby fire station

- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID, submitting a selfie for verification, and signing the rental agreement

Security Deposit

A 350 USD damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules may result in charges against this deposit. Any applicable charges will be documented and shared with the guest.

- $50 per stay for dogs (maximum weight 50 lb.) No Pitbulls & no Rottweilers.
- Cannot leave dogs home alone.
- Dogs may not sleep in the bed.
- Please leave used towels on the floor.
- Double check that all windows are closed.
- Be sure to turn off all lights and AC/heat.
