Born in Puerto Rico, have lived around the island and abroad but officially adopted by Rincon in 2008 where I’ve had the privilege of raising my kids in this beautiful laid back surf town. My kids surf; me and my husband SUP. Proud boricua (Puertorrican) who loves hosting and sharing my beautiful community and culture with people from around the world. What makes this property unique
Big villa for big families and groups with everything you need to feel right at home. Punta del mar is located in an exclusive gated community but full of amazing people. Its a super safe where kids can roam free and we are right on the ocean. Our beach is a mix of a beautiful tide pool and open ocean with world class non crowded surfing from November through April. Summers are flat waters perfect for other watersports. We are secluded but easily accesible to town in a short 8-10 minute drive.
