Tres Soles is a beautiful private vacation home in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the open concept third floor, cooling breezes from the three stories of decks, and sun yourself by the lower level pool. Tres Soles is located on Rincon's infamous 'bummer hill' area of Puntas, walking distance from famous surf breaks, great local bars and restaurants.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. The entry level floor houses the bedrooms, full bathrooms and a tv room/lounge with a full deck. The upper level's large living and dining space with gourmet kitchen opens to wrap around porches.

Please check the flight schedules for the local airports before booking. Many flights arriving at Aguadilla airport arrive in the middle of the night. If your flight arrives after midnight, you will need to book your stay starting the day before unless you have other plans until checkin time.

Tres Soles also offers a 2 bedroom, 1 full bath pool-side apartment with full kitchen for rent. This spacious apartment opens onto the sunny pool deck. Best place we've ever stayed!

We had 7 family members (20 - 70) and absolutely LOVED this house. It was so comfortable and we so enjoyed hanging out there on the decks in the living room and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The house was incredibly well supplied with beach chairs, towels, soap and the kitchen had every possible amenity all in terrific working order. We loved it all. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future. Thanks SO much!

Christmas Break

We had another amazing stay in this house. It's perfect for two families - gives each family privacy yet provides big open spaces for meals and relaxing by the pool. We love the location - walking down "bummer hill" to get to a surf spot - walking up is a bit more challenging!! This is our second stay - would highly recommend this place!! It truly is a relaxing and amazing place! Rob - the house manager is easily accessible and great to deal with. The kitchen in the big house is one of the best stocked kitchens with every utensil and gadget you could possibly need!! Thanks, again, for an amazing vacation.

Absolute paradise

A group of us rented both units and cannot speak highly enough. It had everything we needed, Towels, beach chairs and coolers!! The entire property is absolutely beautiful. The sunset view from the balcony on the third floor was breathtaking . Extremely clean with beautiful decor. Pool was perfect. The location is exactly what I was hoping for. I have been visiting Rincon for over 15 years. This neighborhood is my favorite area. Rob, the property manager was beyond welcoming. Always made sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. Gave us places to go and check out. I most definitely plan to go back there. I may have found the perfect rental. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Great spot!

The house is spacious,comfortable and, has a good pool. Excellent wrap around porch with nice size patios. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. A couple snorkels and coolers. The house was for the most part stacked fairly well. Overall, the house was very clean except, the pool out couch on the lower level. My grandson was planning to sleep on it but, when attempting to open it we found it difficult due to the metal being rusty which left an unsightly stain on the mattress! It needs replaced!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Just make sure they replaced this couch. Sandy Beach was everyone's favorite. There were 8 of us. The snorkeling at steps beach is not all that. I saw some fish and Coral but,not much at all. Travel tip-use fallen palm tree branches to make a hut for the kids on the beach. Very simple and quick to make. Rob and the owner were easy to deal with and, very accommodating! Till the next time, Adios.

Much needed break in paradise!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Two families one in the main house and one in the apartment. The pool was nice and relaxing after a day at the beach. We were able to walk into the Sandy Beach area restaurants (down a big hill and back up when walking home). It was very convenient. Due to flight schedule changes and Covid restrictions we had to modify our reservation a few times and the owner was very accommodating. It is truly one of the best stocked kitchens in a rental house. They had everything. Also nice was the fact that it has beach chairs and towels. All in all would recommend this property!

Amazing vacation

This property was everything we could have dreamed of! Plenty of room for the whole family. It was wonderful to have a pool of our own right outside and the beach was just a few minutes down the road! We will definitely check abailability if we travel back to Rincon!

A great place to stay in Rincon!

This home is awesome! The proximity to the beach and great indoor/outdoor spaces in the home made for a very comfortable and relaxing place to spend a week. The pool was a big plus for us, we used it every day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Rincon.

Excellent Property

Great Stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful views and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cookware to assist in meal prep. The 2 fridges were also helpful. Location can’t be beat, we were able to use the pool a couple of times it was refreshing. We appreciated the coolers, beach towels, snorkel gear and suntan lotion very thoughtful additions. Shower was wonderful, water also remained hot. Rob the property manager was extremely helpful. Only concerns for me the Roku in the bedroom was confusing at best, power was out 1 night the mosquito netting on the bed is not for decoration it was used we understand the power grid is fragile still in PR and this does happen maybe a small generator could be in order for fridges and AC units? Finally parking was easy but getting out a few times we had to wait for downstairs to move vehicles. Absolutely amazing property do not hesitate to book thank you again for a memorable vacation!

Best house for a large group!

As a group of 8, this house offered very nice accommodations, plenty of living space and an unbeatable view from the balcony. The weather was pretty cloudy most evenings despite our attempts to catch sunsets at all of the great “sunset spots” rincon has to offer, but one of the best sunsets we saw was right from our own balcony. The property manager, Rob, was very helpful and responded immediately to anything we needed (i.e., a new propane tank on our doorstep minutes after one ran out). The pool was an amazing feature to this gorgeous house. It was very clean, has a washer dryer, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen appliances, hair dryers, beach towels, 5 beach chairs, some sunscreen and some snorkel gear! Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely recommend Tres Soles! We hope to make this a yearly trip and stay at Tres Soles every time!

Great House and great town

I just returned home from our one week stay in Rincon. The house was fantastic and Rob was available for us for anything we needed. The views from the upper deck are awesome. There was everything in the house that you could need from washer and dryer to two grills. One on the upper deck and one at the pool. We have 4 kids (16,14,12,10) and they all had their own bed to sleep in and plenty of room to spread out around the house and pool. We spent the week exploring the surfing beaches (Antonios, Domes, Marias, Sandy Beach). Most of the beaches have rocky or coral bottom so be careful in the water. Steps Beach is a great place to go. You can set up camp under a palm tree and enjoy the beach and walk right into the water to snorkel. Plenty of fish and coral and we even followed a turtle around for a bit. Cool restaurants around town so take some time to explore. We loved Tamboo because it is literally on the beach. The Beach house is a great open air spot to watch sunset, listen to live music and grad a drink and dinner. If you are thinking of spending time in Rincon stay at Tres Soles. It is in a great location, has great ocean views, and is everything it advertises. Scott M. West Chester, PA

Absolutley Amazing House!!!!!!!!

The photos do no justice at all!! The house is magnificent, huge and full of amemites. The top floor has a panoramic view of the ocean, the photos online do not show this enough!!! It is amazing. The beach is just a few minute walk around the block just down the hill. There are plenty of beach towels beach chairs and supplies needed to enjoy your stay. The only down side which really wasn't so bad is the fact that the house does not have air conditioning except for in the main bedrooms. Some nights upstairs was a little warm, but there are many doors you can open to let the fresh air flow through the house! We had a great time staying here!!!! ☺

Great Vacation

We had a great trip. There were 7 of us total in the main house and 3 in the apartment. Both were accommodating. The kitchen/deck/living quarters were a perfect fit for our needs. We were a short trip (1 min drive) to Sandy beach which was a perfect place for my daughter to get in the water without having to worry about rocks or urchins. The extra fridge worked out great for our beverage fridge. The pool was perfect for my pregnant wife who didn't feel like going to the beach on some days but wanted to still enjoy her vacation. Surf board rentals, surf spots, restaurants, markets, etc are all within a few minute drive from the house. The hill was a great workout for those nuts who enjoy working out on vacation. The views from the balcony are incredible. BBQing and taking in the scenery was a common occurrence almost every afternoon. The only issue we ran into was a power outage for half of the block. Hardly the owners fault and we made the most of it! We will book again if we go back to Puerto Rico with a big group. Thanks for the accommodation!

Great House

We have stayed at this house for the last 3 years. The views are amazing with the wrap around 3rd floor balcony. There is a large kitchen, great for entertaining, tons of seating and outside space with a grill. The house is a stone's throw from the sandy beach (the best place for swimming) and for those days you want to hang close by there is a nice size pool and plenty of lounge chairs right in the backyard. Whether you entertain in or choose to go out this house has it all, in a great location.

Absolutely Wonderful

Such a nice home, HUGE entertaining space, great kitchen, we'd go back in a minute...close surfing, and snorkeling at steps beach. plenty of things to do nearby. Too steep of a hill to walk to the beach carrying anything, but good exercise for our heath nuts...
