Needs work

Overpriced for the amenities and overall shape of the property. Parking an issue as the garage has been turned into a separate unit and unable to use. Tiles in kitchen broken. Bricks in backyard broken. Doors do not close well. Backyard lights plugged in inside. Window blinds and curtains lacking. Some windows covered with cardboard. One of the beds broken. Not enough comforters in the house for the number of beds. Dryer left clothes covered in lint. TV remote didn’t work.

There was no privacy due to no proper window covering. Bathroom could be much cleaner mildew. There were outlets loose. No hangers for clothing. No iron board. We were there my sister funeral and couldn’t iron my clothes properly.
