Neighbors from heck

The apartment looked abound the yard far from kept up there was trash everywhere. There wasn't any towels to wash with had to buy my own the yo stairs neighbor harassed us the whole two days we stay.threatening to call the landlord because we where doing what the rules of the property states she watched us and kept staring to the point I was so uncomfortable and my children can't say I'll stay here ever again but the renter dose respond in a timely fashion
