Summary:
First floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.

The place was up to date and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area with options for sun or shade. Very convenient to grocery store (two blocks north), restaurants (two blocks south), and beach (two blocks east). We didn't even rent a car because the Circuit cars took us where our feet couldn't.

I find it highly ironic that you would request a rating of my stay when our VRBO host, Joe, evicted us on our third day of a three-week stay. This action was taken in response to a friendly and courteous email I sent, inquiring about the discrepancies between the listed amenities and our actual experience. I also sent photographs of the site, seeking clarification on any potential misunderstandings. At that time, I did not request a refund or any other form of compensation, but rather a simple explanation. However, our host, Joe, chose to evict us without any further communication, except for a response email instructing us to vacate the premises by 10:00 am the following morning. Notably, there is no option to rate Joe's cancellation policies, as guests are not given the opportunity to cancel - instead, he evicts them for merely asking questions. I contacted VRBO's 24/7 support team and provided them with all relevant emails, messages, and photographs. This was done on the Friday the day of our eviction, which occurred on the Thursday morning after we checked in on Tuesday, January 6. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response or acknowledgment from the support team regarding Joe's behavior, let alone an apology. As a 60-year-old traveler, and my husband being 69, we have never experienced such disrespect in all our travels, despite being extensive travelers.I’ll be curious how Joe is documenting

This guest ranks in our top 10 for rudeness out of more than 1,800 reservations. After our standard follow-up message following check-in, the guest responded: “Thus far our stay is very pleasant. Very quiet here… No complaints here.” A few days later, the guest sent a message stating they were “writing to express disappointment with the discrepancies between the unit’s description on the VRBO site and its actual features,” making claims of misrepresentation. These complaints included expectations that were not advertised in the listing, such as being disappointed that there were not three pools. The listing accurately reflects the property and its amenities. Unfortunately, it appears the guest did not review the listing details carefully prior to booking. We responded to the guest’s message, after which they stated they were dissatisfied and understood they would be checking out the following morning. Given our long history of successful stays, strong reputation, and consistently outstanding reviews across more than 1,800 reservations, it is clear that this situation is a one-off and not representative of our property or hosting standards.
