Beautifully decorated contemporary twin villa on a quiet cul-de-sac perfectly located a short 5 minute walk up the street from some of Bayside's best amenities: Sun Ridge pools/hot tub/pool bar/tennis courts/pickleball/basketball. Inside: 4 bedrooms: 1st Floor Master with ensuite bath and 3 bedrooms 1 full bath on the 2nd story with a loft and sleeper sectional. New 4-season room with TV added in 2022. Outside: backyard patio with gas firepit and built in grilling area with direct gas hook-up.

Delaware Getaway

Beautifully decorated and very clean property with grill and fire pit on back patio, lots of room for all of our guests and 2 bikes/5 beach chairs available for use. Pet friendly for our cat and dog also, our cat loved the little cat hideaway! Not all of the TV's worked, but we weren't on vacation to watch TV and the host came over to help and helped take care of a miscommunication regarding pool passes. The community pools were great (1 a few blocks away so we could walk there) and there was also a hot tub. Unfortunately the community sauna was broken and not able to be used at the time. There is a great golf course, walking trails and restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was decorated beautifully and the bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on!
