Please make yourself at home!
Enjoy the sunrise and your coffee on your balcony from the 4th floor overlooking ocean and pool! Located on “no-drive” section of New Smyrna Beach.
AC, beach towels, beach toys and boogie boards. Fully equipped kitchen with small table, 2 Murphy beds, dressing area, TV, cable, & internet provided.
Fall in love with our quaint little beach town in New Smyrna Beach.
Shop on Flagler or Canal. Restaurants, art shows, wine walks, music, beautiful beaches and of course our National Seashore Parks.
The studio Condo has everything you need!
Kitchen is fully appointed with coffee maker, pots and pans dishes, blender, toaster etc.. Beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards.
Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to me. I love staying here and welcome you to enjoy my little slice of paradise!

I'm a decorating nut that loves the Beach!!! Walking distance to casual and unique restaurants and shopping. Artsy community, wine walks, beautiful beaches. Cool, quaint little beach town with so much to do!

What makes this property unique

New Smyrna Beach is a little slice of paradise and quiet little beach town. There is always a community activity, paddle boarding, kayaking, wine walks, farmers markets, craft and art shows, car shows or something to do! There will be magazines , maps and information on events going on oil your unit. The people here are friendly and beaches are beautiful. My wish for you is that you enjoy yourself and our little town as much as I do! Getting around Getting around New Smyrna is very easy. Bikes are available for rent as well as beach vehicles. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible and reasonable. Kayaking and paddle boards are also available as well as pontoon boat rentals.
