Since this exceptional unit is located in the middle of busy Flagler Ave and next to bars and restaurants, guests need to be aware of nightly noise coming from music, pedestrians and vehicles mostly on weekends.

We stayed here to be near the many restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. it is perfectly located! A small place but just fine for a couple. Good accommodations, although an older place (fewer electrical outlets, small toilet). The owner is VERY accessible and kind!

In 1988, I opened my boutique in New Smyrna Beach. May 30, 2024 I retired from retail. I have an amazing son, granddaughter, grand son and daughter in law my #1 hobby is Traveling and my grands I'm fluent in French, English and Arabic.
