This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Augusta. The space offers a full kitchen,large master bedroom w/ an additional daybed, large living room, & smaller second bedroom w/ the perfect little work space. While located in the Capital city of Maine, we are walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, Maine General Hospital, the Capital building, & interstate 95. This is a first floor apartment w/ a small front porch & private access for guests.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Clean modern apartment very close to downtown Augusta and Hallowell. Well equipped kitchen and bedroom/bed layout make it perfect for a family but also very comfortable for a couple. Would definitely stay again.

Roomier than Expected

The floor space was larger and more open than the pics led me to believe. Immaculately cleaned. We went to Maine having never been and Augusta seemed a good launch point. The apartment was centrally located and well maintained. Owners responded quickly to a an issue. Would rent again.

Augusta ME

Had problems with initial check-in because instructions weren’t given to us or incorrect. But the overall stay was great. I appreciate the follow up with my grandsons pillow. I recommend this property.

Perfect for Us!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our dog! There was a park across the street where we could walk him and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a greater location.
