Welcome to our peaceful farmhouse in a renovated 3-bedroom unit, nestled on 10 private acres. Part of a triplex—we live on-site and are happy to help. Close to the lakes, trails, golf, and snowmobiling. Only 15 mins to Augusta, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and quick access to I-95. Portland and Bangor are just over an hour away. Enjoy a smart TV, A/C, propane heat, coffee bar, washer/dryer, and all toiletries provided. A cozy, year-round escape in the heart of Belgrade Lakes.

    Thank you for your review which is valuable to us as we are brand new hosts after 1.5 years of passionately renovating this property. You were our very first guests and we are very sorry you did not have a 5 star experience. We understand there was some exterior painting being finished by a subcontractor during your stay that may have been an inconvenience. However, in hopes of making your experience right, we did refund you a full night, in addition to $40 worth of campfire materials and a $70 welcome basket. We also have a screenshot from our porch camera of one of your party smoking marijuana on our porch at 6am, even though this is a non-smoking property.

    Very nice rural setting... minutes from my cousin's. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Comfy couch and chair in living room. RokuTv so we could login to Netflix. Stairs to bedroom are narrow and steep but lots of handholds.Jim
