Welcome to our peaceful farmhouse in a renovated 3-bedroom unit, nestled on 10 private acres. Part of a triplex—we live on-site and are happy to help. Close to the lakes, trails, golf, and snowmobiling. Only 15 mins to Augusta, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and quick access to I-95. Portland and Bangor are just over an hour away. Enjoy a smart TV, A/C, propane heat, coffee bar, washer/dryer, and all toiletries provided. A cozy, year-round escape in the heart of Belgrade Lakes.

Very nice rural setting... minutes from my cousin's. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Comfy couch and chair in living room. RokuTv so we could login to Netflix. Stairs to bedroom are narrow and steep but lots of handholds.Jim
