These beautiful 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom home PLUS a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home are directly across the street from beach access 93 & from the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. The houses are in a quad setup that sits around a beautiful private pool along with nice lounging chairs, and a grilling area. The views of the Gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floors are gorgeous, the views of the pool from both living rooms are perfect, from both houses!

The first house is a 3 bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom home.

These houses are NOT party houses. They are set up together for multiple families traveling together, sports teams, etc. We also own one of the other two houses in the quad for a total of 3 houses.

All Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans, Dresser and/or Chest of Drawers, Wall Mounted Smart TVs, Closet, & Floor/Table Fan. All bathrooms have toilet paper, hand soap, & bar soap. (We no longer provide starter shampoo and conditioners. Too environmentally wasteful with all the small plastic bottles.) Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and makeup-removing black washcloths are also provided for each bathroom.

The large pool is shared between the four houses & located in the courtyard in the middle. The grill and all loungers around the pool are also shared. The pool & connecting spa are not heated.
