Location! Welcome to our spacious home near the heart of downtown Salida! This home sleeps 10 guests with lots of kid activities and offers a fenced yard for your furry friends to run and play.

Conveniently located just a short walk away from everything that Salida has to offer, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to explore all the great restaurants, cafes, shops, and galleries that this charming mountain town has to offer.

Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Also, upstairs are two full bathrooms and an updated kitchen. Downstairs, there's a game room and activity closet for kids of all ages. Also, find a living area, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, an additional queen bed in the common area, and laundry room with washer/dryer.

Perfect for large groups

We were in town for a funeral and were able to have several families stay at this property. Arrived to a clean house with a welcome basket to greet us. Plenty of space for additional family members to hang out. Basics; soaps for hands, laundry, and dishes, extra trash bags, etc are provided. So close to downtown, the park, and river! We loved our stay!
