With almost 2,000 square feet of luxury on the beach, you'll have plenty to enjoy in this 11th floor 3 BR 4 Bath w large balcony and extraordinary views! The spacious living/dining/ kitchen area offers beautiful views of the Gulf, and has ample seating for the whole family. Large kitchen with granite countertops & stainless appliances is all ready to prepare meals and even has a breakfast bar for 4 AND a wet bar w ice maker for enjoying a beverage of your choice after a long day at the beach, pool, or lazy river!
All 3 bedrooms offer luxurious bedding and their own personal bath. The Master Bedroom is separated from the other BR"s and the Master Bath offers a luxurious soaking tub, separate shower & Johnny room, plus large vanity with 2 sinks and walk-in closet. The 4th Bath is also spacious and allows for anyone to use without having to enter a bedroom or a separate personal bath for anyone utilizing the sleeper sofa.

Relaxed and Refreshed

Beautiful view and management was excellent to work with. Furniture could use a good cleaning or replacement. It was dirty, dingy and smelly. Other than that, we had a great time.

Beautiful property & great location

This unit was really nice! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We loved that the property had the lazy river & water slide! The unit was spacious and well decorated! Our only complaint was that it hadn’t been clean very well. We had to move the couches & chairs to look for a toy and it was obvious they hadn’t vacuumed under them in months, the throw rugs in bathrooms were full of dirt & sand so they hadn’t been washed, several lights were out throughout the unit and the ice machine in the wet bar had mildew all in it. The agent said she would be sure to let house keeping know they needed to do better. She was a wonderful person to work with! All in all, we would definitely stay here again!!

This is it, Look No Further!

I looked for DAYS trying to find the perfect spot for my family vacation. I have not stayed in this area before so I was a little concerned about booking blindly, but I could not be happier with this condo and this location. * The Property manager Kathy Tice is a 10/10 for her professional, efficient, and collaborative support. She answers all your questions, and she contacted me before my trip to let me know the property was clean and ready for an early check in. * The property is exactly like the pictures. The balcony overlooks the lazy river and there is a spectacular view of the ocean. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony while enjoying the nice breeze and watching the dolphins swim and play. * The beds are very comfortable. If you are like me and need that white noise (Bring your fan) there are ceiling fans in the rooms, but I need that noise! The washer and dryer are great. Great for drying beach towels. * Our party consisted of all adults, so the Three Bedroom 4 Bathroom was a perfect option for us. If you have additional people one of the bedrooms does have two Queen beds and there are two full size couches in the living room and I think 1 is a pullout (we did not use) * Quiet Corner - one of the best things about this condo is it is located at the end of the hall, and it is very quiet. * Swimming options galore! Beach, 2 Pools and the lazy river. Hot tubs on the 1st floor and 14th floor. Also, a sauna men/women * We will be back next year!

Absolutely wonderful!

Bottom line--go ahead and book right now! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. One thing to note that I find to be a big factor when it comes to ensuring a quality stay--This was, by far, the most quiet hallway of any vacation rental we've ever booked. A lot of times you get a lot of hallway noise from people walking by, but not here. There is a large open area of "dead space" in front of the condo so the only people who are walking by are the ones coming from/going to the one condo down the hall. Two of the bedrooms are right off the hall so I loved that those rooms didn't have to bother with noisy passers-by. I know that sounds like a minute detail, but a loud hallway disrupting sleep can really soil a trip in my experience. Other things we loved: The fact that every bedroom had an en suite bathroom, the bonus bathroom in the hallway was a full bath, spaciousness of the condo, lazy river was fun for ages (our group ranged in age from 4-62), diversity of things to do within the complex to keep everyone busy. Things I didn't absolutely love but weren't really a big deal: Can have a bit of a wait at the elevator banks during peak times All in all, it was a great trip! Because it was a larger group than just our usual family of 4, I really wanted to focus on small things that would make our lives easier (like space and enough bathrooms for people to shower and get ready at the same time) and make the trip less stressful. This condo definitely did just that!
