Great spot for a few days in the sun

We enjoyed this unit with friends for spring break. It was a great place to enjoy some down time.

This unit was not maintained in a way that is fitting to Phoenix West II. While the facility is excellent this particular unit was not maintained to those standards.

Needs some work!

We love the amenities to Phoenix West II, but sadly this room was very disappointing. Here’s a list of a few things: ice maker did not work (we called and were supposed to have someone come by who never did) main bedroom tv did not work, garbage disposal was clogged, one barstool chair was broken, the couches and chairs were in rough condition, we could not call in or call out on our cell phone with no reception, there was hardly any items in the kitchen for cooking (such as no cooking sheets, one crusty frying pan, no oven mit, only two bowls!) all the comforters were wadded up and lumpy in the closets, the iron knob was missing, toilets would not flush and had to use plunger, several of the outlets in each room did not work, these are all items that I can easily rattle off - I’m sure I am forgetting something! During high traffic times, the elevator could take up to 30 minutes. Finally they had a worker come and help the traffic. For what we paid and expected, this room was a big disappointment. The room is spacious and the ac worked great - those were are two highlights on this room.

Family vacation

We were able to accommodate our grown children as well as our younger children comfortably. The lazy river, pool, splash pad and beach entertained them the entire trip. Ice cream was a short walk located across the road.
