About this property

Sea Forever is a stunning, newly renovated beachfront condo located on the 29th floor of The Oasis at Orange Beach (Formerly Phoenix West II) and features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12.

The keyless entry allows you the convenience of beginning your vacation immediately upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. Living area is equipped with a 77" OLED smart television and all bedrooms are equipped with 55" smart LCD televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group.

The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

Bedrooms:
• The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with two showerheads. Wake up to the beautiful gulf views from your French doors which lead into the dining area, and out to the balcony.
• In the second bedroom, there is another king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The third bedroom is perfect for families featuring two queen beds and *new* custom twin bunk beds for two additional guests. This bedroom includes another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th full bathroom features a walk-in shower and houses the laundry closet and is accessible from the hallway.

You can sleep soundly knowing that all towels, bedsheets, and linens are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

Parking:
Parking fees are charged by the building at $45 +tax per vehicle ($60 +tax starting June 1, 2024) for all vehicles parking on property. Parking passes must be purchased at the HOA Desk located in the main lobby. Up to two passes may be purchased. If additional parking is needed, off-site parking is available for purchase. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

The perfect vacation rental

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the ocean from the balcony on the 29th floor was stunning. From check-in to check-out we had nothing but excellent experiences. The lazy river, the indoor pool and hot tubs were clean and accessible. I cannot wait to visit again and would recommend this condo to anyone! Thanks for a great vacation.

A 5-Star+ Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was just as described- very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked- we had everything we needed, The highlight of the condo was its custom Bunkbeds that my granddaughters absolutely loved! They were very well made and comfy. We loved everything about the Sea Forever condo. Anyone who rents it will not be disappointed! Not only did we have a great condo, we had a Super Host! This place is superb! It’s got everything you need and is clean and beautiful. It’s right on the water and the view is incredible. There’s nothing I could suggest that would make this place any better! It already has it all!

Great view!

First time in Orange Beach and we loved it! Great restaurants and activities to do for the kids, even with chilly-but sunny-weather. Overall we loved the property, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The heated pool and beach access were also great. Would highly recommend! We ended up coming home with some basics like detergent, salt and pepper, paper towels that we had to acquire during our stay but a good reminder for next time. Host was attentive and responsive -- we're grateful!

Orange Beach has beaches that rival some of the nicest in the world with its white sand and emerald colored waters. There is something for everyone with local parks, restaurants, family activities such as mini-golf, go-carts, and more. For the adults, there is no shortage of nightlife highlighted by the famous Flora-Bama.

The amenities at Phoenix West II truly provide a resort-style getaway and the views from the building are truly incredible. It's also one of the newest buildings in Orange Beach.
