The complex is the Grand Oasis at Orange Beach formerly Phoenix West II - nicknamed the Grand due to its large outdoor recreational space, including the famous gulf-front lazy river with slide, the largest swimming pool in Orange Beach, the new expanded splash pad for toddlers, the new expanded grilling stations, as well as the Olympic size indoor pool with its 4 jacuzzies in order to relax the muscles. The outdoor facilities include the tennis courts, PICKLEBALL courts, ping pong, basketball court, and lots of walking space with easy access to the beach. On the 15th floor, there is an extensive 6000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness complex that leads to 2 more jacuzzies and saunas.

Parking passes are $45 per car ($60 per car starting June 1) and are good for your entire stay. There is a maximum of 2 passes in the peak season. In the slow season you may purchase 3rd pass based on complex’s capacity. There is off-site overflow parking information available. Check-in time is 4pm, but you are welcome to enjoy the pool/beach until we let you know the unit is ready.
