Beautiful covered back patio with outdoor sofa and chairs, BBQ and lush plantings. 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 double bed), 1 bath with clawfoot tub. Comfortable living room and efficient kitchen makes for a cozy stay. Off street parking in the shaded driveway. Full washer and dryer in the utility shed in back. 5 star host with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We were in town for family weekend for U of A. The house was perfect, it was exactly like the pictures and the post showed. David was a pleasure to work with. The location was awesome, very easy to get back and forth. I highly recommend this house! I'll be back for sure!Thanks David!Neal

I think this review may be a mistake. The guest said "Very convenient location.Very cute!" and very much enjoyed their stay and said they would be back. I provided the guest with an extra late checkout as well.

Carrie didn't care for the city noise at the bungalow, which is unusual because other guests have commented about how quiet it is. In any case, I offered to move Carrie to a different property, free of charge, which she accepted. She also couldn't figure out the coffee maker, which I offered to replace, but she declined. I try to be as accommodating as possible for all my guests.

Tucson Stay

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Nice back patio with well designed landscaping. Interior decor is very well done. Easy walk to fourth Street and tram.

Our host was responsive and very accommodating with allowing us to have a late checkout. Although this is a two bedroom, it is a very good use of space and felt very homely. The energy they have put into the unit shows in every detail. The exterior sitting areas, front and back, were perfect to relax and soak in the quiet neighbor hood. Being walking distance to UOA made it easy to visit our daughter while feeling at home.

Great Location

I spent a month at this house earlier this year. Great location. Close to golf and hiking. 1mile from downtown. Charming neighborhood. Sweet backyard patio. Very responsive host. Photos and description are accurate and honest.

Tucson Bungalow

Home was in good shape and a 20min walk to U of A campus. An older home but updated with a very functional kitchen. Bathroom could use a few conveniences like an outlet but overall a nice place. Owner was very communicative and checked in several times. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.
