Why they chose this property
As a University of Arizona graduate, I have always been enchanted with the Sam Hughes Neighborhood in Tucson. Each home in the area has it's own charming historical character and it is walkable to the University and many close amenities.
What makes this property unique
The central location allows easy access to all Tucson has to offer and is walkable to the University of Arizona. Our home maintains its historical charm but is fully updated. The backyard is an oasis with vegetation, a large, turfed lawn and lighting.
