Property was very nice, clean, and the towels made it much more convenient, not having to worry about bringing them too. Location was walking distance to some restaurants, and just minutes from the location where we needed to be. Definitely ideal for our party of three.
My daughter, best friend and I traveled to UCDavis because I was having surgery. It was very comfortable and in great proximity to the Main Hospital. I loved that we all had our own bedrooms and with the two & 1/2 baths it was easy to not be under each others feet. It was cozy & comfy. We didn’t really need to communicate with Ricky, but when we did, he responded quickly. Note: all the bedrooms were upstairs and that might be an issue for those with mobility issues or small children. However, I did notice child proof protectors on many items, a nice touch. All round a good place to stay.
MY FRIENDS AND I HAD 5-STAR EXPERIENCE FOR THE WEEK. THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND I LOVED THE WAY THE HOST DECORATED THE PLACE. ALL MY FRIENDS SAID THE BEDS FELT LIKE WE WERE SEEPING ON CLOUDS. EVERYTHING WAS MAGNIFICENT AND INTERACTING WITH THE HOST RICKY WAS SO AMAZING. I WAS CELEBRATING MY RETIREMENT THIS YEAR AND HAD FRIENDS FLYING IN FROM ALABAMA, GEORGIA AND NEW YORK. THE LADIES HAD A FANTASTIC TIME SINCE IT WAS THEIR FIRST TIME IN CALIFORNIA. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BOOK THIS RENTAL AGAIN JUST TO SLEEP IN THOSE HEAVENLY BEDS AGAIN. I WANT TO THANK YOU RICKY BECAUSE YOU ARE TRULY AN AMAZING AND WONDERFUL HOST.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
Not a great area, house not maintained that well
The house itself is new and well designed, but it's on a really busy corner and there's LOTS of street noise. You would probably not want to sit on the outside patio without noise cancelling headphones.
When we got there the garbage was overflowing, there was food in the sink, some of the vertical blinds are broken. There were't enough towels for five people: four bath towels and one hand towel for 2.5 bathrooms and three washcloths. The towels were worn and nothing like the towels pictured on the website, which shows stacks of white fluffy towels! The property manager (it's a company) is in Oakland and was quite nice and responsive. He ordered new towels that came within a couple hours via door dash, but they were really cheap, thin towels, not great. I wouldn't stay here again.
