Why they chose this property

We lived in this home while we renovated it and had an absolute blast! You have the safety and seclusion from the city because you're separated by the canal, but just minutes on foot from over 20 restaurants and bars. In addition to being close to the city, you're only minutes from the 50 mile rail-trail called the monon, and 5 minutes from the Marrot woods which is 99 acres of woodland!

What makes this property unique

This property having double of everything makes it so nice for a long stay. 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, etc. It's great for a family that wants to be together but separate at night!
