Come and enjoy what the Island has to offer!! Beautiful year-round lake view 3br/2ba home on Monkey Island. Fully remodeled. It has an awesome entertainment kitchen and separate bar area equipped with an ice-maker, beverage fridge, bar sink and coffee bar. Enjoy lake views, peaceful nights around the fire pit, and neighborhood tennis courts. This house is within walking distance of H20 Sports Rental and a golf cart ride minutes away from Shangri La
The space
This home is a split plan on all one level. It has a master on one side and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds on the other. The master bath has a shower/bath combo. The hall bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms has a walk-in shower.
Guest access
This home has an access Code on the front door that will be supplied the day of rental.
Other things to note
This home is down the street from the community boat ramp for launching your boat or pwc. The driveway is long enough to park a truck and boat trailer as well.

MIG

Enjoyed staying at the MIG. Hosts were very accommodating to anything we requested. A pleasure to work with. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Property very well kept. Would highly recommend it. Will definitely think of going back there in the future.

Drive way was a little tight for two bass boats. But the place was as advertised and great.

Absolutely loved this place! It was a perfect weekend getaway place. The house was super close to anything you would need and came fully equipped with cornhole, grill, and fire pit. Cass was so helpful when we got a little lost finding the house and she gave us excellent recommendations for food and boat rentals. Her communication was extremely fast and I could not say enough great things!

Fun getaway

The house was beautiful - a perfect setup for our family with teens. It was well stocked, and very close to the marina where we rented a boat. Highly recommend 😍
