Duplex was roomy enough for our group of 5 adults and could sleep several more. There were 2 twin beds along with a king bed in one bedroom that would work well for a family. It was a quiet gated community with large pool Kitchen had everything we needed. Checkin was electronic and checkout list was pretty basic. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our stay over Memorial weekend! The owner was very responsive to any question or need that we had while we were there. Everything worked great and they even had a storage area for our boat trailer that was secure. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very relaxing and clean! Love that they had tons of extra linens and plenty of kitchen necessities so we truly felt like we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the garage had a very strong and foul smell.

We loved the house. It was easy to find and close to Grove for food and shopping. We loved that it was less than 5 minutes away from the Monkey Island Winery. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. There were snacks and water for us to enjoy while we were there and plenty of games for us to play. We had a great time hanging out at the house!

Great for our family!

This property was perfect for our family. It’s located across from the pool (no noise issues) which made it so easy for me to take my older kids over while my husband stayed with my napping littles. Only 10 mins from Shangri-La where we rented wave runners and a tritoon boat, went to dinner one evening, and spent one morning playing pickleball. The home had everything we needed to cook dinner, play games, and have a family movie night. It was wonderful and the owner was extremely responsive!

We have 4 kids ages 2, 4, 8, and 11. This home was perfect for our family. The pool was right across the street so we could take the big girls while our littles were napping. The house is 10 mins from Shangri-La, where we rented a waverunner, tritoon, had dinner one night, and spent a morning playing pickleball. The house had everything we needed to cook ourselves and we spent most evenings out on the back patio. The house had board games, cards, etc and several streaming services. Overall it was perfect and we will definitely stay there again.

Nice home! HOA rules are horrible!!

Home is very nice and is as listed. Rented this property for a bass fishing tournament. Was told driveway and garage was big enough for two boats and trucks. When I drove and looked at the property couple weeks before my stay I knew in advance that would not be the case but there was several empty parking spots in front of the property so I presumed we could manage. Upon arrival the extra parking was full with only one open spot. I inquired about using the parking spots in front of the main building and was confirmed that would be okay. Parked there and plugged into an outlet inside the workout room to charge my boat. Second morning my extension cord was gone. Informed home contact and they said they’d look into. I’m still waiting on that reply. 4 days of parking in front of the main building and then we received a warning if we parked there again we would be towed. Again we abided by the new rules and made it work. Absolutely will not stay here again for a tournament!!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We’re glad to hear that your stay was comfortable, but disappointed to hear that you found the parking access lacking. While our Welcome Text indicated that street parking is prohibited, additionally we also communicated that there are other parking options available on the community property. As for the HOA rules, we find that these rules provide for a safe, secure, and attractive community for owners and their guests. We will make an effort to incorporate discussion of HOA policies as they apply to our guests. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!

2nd Time at this location

This is our 2nd trip to Grand Lake and 2nd time staying in this property. They have upgraded the beds and are much nicer than a year ago. Everything is just as they listed. We like having the 3 full bathrooms, that is hard to find on Monkey Island

Nice location on Monkey Island

Nice townhome on Monkey island. Pictures match the listing. Did not like having to use a 2nd website to get check in information. Wish the owner could just use VBRO. Only down side is no dead bolt on the front door. I don’t like not being able to lock my door fully. You never know who else might have the access codes and while sleeping I want to control the locks.

Quick getaway

It was great to spend Memorial weekend away. We enjoyed a few days with friends. The property was great with plenty of room for the six of us. We loved having 3 bathrooms for getting out the door. Kitchen had everything we needed and also made use of the grill.
