We always enjoy staying at this cabin. So family friendly and beautiful location. This is an annual trip for us. Kids love coming. Such a popular spot right up the jumping cliffs at Dripping Springs. Very clean well kept. Thanks for the memories!
My friends and I have been coming here for several years. It’s so convenient for us all to meet and there’s plenty of space for a large group. We enjoy the fire pit, the hot tub and grilling on the balcony. Quick walk to the marina and perfect place to enjoy party cove and the jumping cliffs
Excellent service and communication. Place was spotless and extremely well stocked. Loved the view, the deers and birds. So peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
My entire family loved this rental. We had enough room to spread out, but loved hanging out together around the fire pit and playing games. We also enjoyed the hot tub and saw deer near the property almost every night. It was an awesome getaway for us!
We had an excellent stay at the cabin. We used the boat that was in great condition and prefect for our needs. Having the boat rental with the cabin was very convenient. The cabin looks better in person compared to the online photos. I would highly recommend for a group trip.
We had a fantastic time here. The cabin was nicer than what the pictures showed and we were quite impressed. We had every thing we could have needed in the kitchen, outdoors, etc.
The view from the balcony upstairs was great and it was nice and quiet in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay overall and if we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.
Walking into the cabin, you could tell the owners pay attention to detail. All of the decor was amazing and place was welcoming. We loved sitting on the upper deck watching the humming birds in the morning. Our favorite was the hot tub overlooking the lake!! They provided everything we needed to have such a peaceful getaway!! We will cherish the memories of this incredible vacation!!
This was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had a bed and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The kids enjoyed having their own living space and tv as well.
The kitchen was stocked more than I could imagine. Will definetly be going back in the future.
5/5 perfect! Family stayed there for the weekend and loved it. The cabin was the perfect size with plenty of room to spread out. Great location to the lake, Dollar General, and catfish restaurant. Kids had a blast, cabin was nice and clean, and decorated cute. Wife andI enjoyed morning coffee out on the back deck. We even saw deer on the property! We'll definitely be back!!
My friends and I came up to enjoy a weekend by the lake and the experience was amazing. We were able to fit everyone in house comfortably. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, you could see the whole lake from up there. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and around the fire pit, overall it was a super amazing experience and I would definitely recommend using this house if you’re going to Grand lake!!
This is the first time we took the entire family- spouse, children and grandchildren - on vacation to stay in one house. This home was wonderful. There was plenty to do while at the house, inside and outside.
We also rented the pontoon. It was perfect for all of us to be on a single boat!
Everything was exactly as Heather said it would be.
I would stay here again.

Family vacation
Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. But it really should be listed as a 3 bedroom. The doors to the bedrooms need changed extremely bad!!
Peaceful area. Great view.
Probably won’t go back with the family.
Just not a good fit for a large group.
But very clean.
The walk to the water is beautiful, but not recommended. Very very steep on your return to cabin.
Too close to neighbors cabin. Parking a bit weird.
Overall, there are positive and negative things we saw.
Maybe this will help the new owners?
This stay was stunning, so comfortable, the view was amazing, plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped, the hot tub was so relaxing! We came for BMR 24 great location would stay again!
We brought my kids and their friends to celebrate my son turning 13 and we all had the BEST time here. The house was easy to find, exactly as described, with a quick and easy check-in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. We cooked several big meals and there was plenty of seating, plates, utensils, and cups for everyone. The girls and boys each had their own spaces downstairs with a common room inbetween, where they watched movies and hung out. My husband and I loved the master upstairs so we could go to bed earlier than the teens. The balcony was my favorite place to sit with a cup of coffee and watch the deer, birds, chipmunks, squirrels, and other wildlife in the mornings. The hot tub and firepit were the kids' favorites and a perfect way to end a day at the lake. There were lots of games and things to keep the kids busy constantly. The marina is a short walk where we loved fishing and jumping from the cliffs. Heather was not only quick to respond, but kind and thoughtful in all of her interactions. Can't wait to come back!
We needed a get away break to decompress, and the quiet solitude of the lake and cabin area was perfect this time of year. The deal sealer was the hot tub. Thank you.
Heather made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the location, loved the amenities and can't wait to go back. Thanks for helping us have a memorable new years!
We had a fantastic time staying at this cabin! We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday with friends and family, we had everything we needed including access to renting the owners pontoon boat. We recommend this cabin and will definitely be back next summer!
Getting to the cabin wasn't difficult, just slow through the back windy roads. Google Maps took us straight there without any problems. The cabin layout worked great for our group. All the kids got to bunk together and the older teenager go their own little cove in the back.
There is WiFi available and the TVs were pre-setup with streaming services so it worked great to entertain the kids later in the night before bedtime. The balcony patio was very peaceful and provide a calming view of the cove.
Highly recommend renting a boat from the host or Duck Creek, getting out on the waters of this beautiful lake made the trip worth while!
Would definitely book this cabin again for a future stay!
