Come make memories by the lake. This home has it all! Beautiful, designer 6-bedroom lake front home that sits in serene, wooded area with wildlife nearby. Easy to get to and close to Disney, OK and Pensacola Dam. Great for family reunions or small gatherings. The house is tucked into popular Ghost Hollow and comes with a boat dock and a wraparound deck with two large outdoor patios for plenty of outdoor living space.
FLOOR PLAN:
The main floor has open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling that opens up to the loft/game room above. The master bedroom, bath, and laundry room are also located on the first floor. Downstairs, there are 4 additional bedrooms, full bathroom, a second living room and a kitchenette that opens up to a patio leading to the dock. Additionally, there is a 1/2 bath in the loft.
With 5 bedrooms, a loft and 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

PARKING: Driveway is shared with the neighbors. No parking on the driveway. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles but some of the parking is on gravel/grassy area. If bringing trailer or boat - parking is limited to 2-3 vehicles and the trailer.
KITCHEN:
Spacious kitchen has gas stove and oven, dish washer and ice maker (not available during winter). The fully stocked kitchen has pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, and cooking utensils. The downstairs kitchenette has a second refrigerator and microwave along with a Keurig coffee pot and sink.
ENTERTAINMENT;
Activities for everyone including pool table, 2 big screen TVs in livings rooms, Pac Man machine, Wi-Fi, cornhole boards, Lily Pad, board games and direct lake access with private dock for boating, fishing and swimming. The property has a gentle slope to the lake and is close enough to the dock to watch the kids swim from the deck of the house. Bring your boat or jet skis to enjoy the lake. Boat launch ramps are located 1 mile away at Clearwater Bay marina ($10 to launch) and 4 miles away at the public boat ramp near Disney, OK.
ATTRACTIONS;
The surrounding area offers plenty of activities including Pensacola Dam and visitor center, Grand Cherokee State Park and Golf course, and GRDA/Disney area off road ATV or UTV trails. Marinas and boat/jet ski rentals are located nearby. Dollar General is 5 min from the house and Reasor's Grocery store is 15 minutes away in Langley, OK along with a selection of restaurants. Closest Walmart is 25 minutes away in Vinita.
AMENITIES:
The home comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities, including washer/dryer and 2.5 bathrooms, AC/heating, and more. We provide a starter set for paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and soaps. Linens, towels, and complementary hand soaps are in each bathroom.
PERKS:
Waterfront with mild slope, Private Boat Dock, Close to Boat Ramp, High Speed Wi-Fi, Game room with pool table and Pac Man, Wooded area with wildlife seen often. BBQ grill on downstairs patio. 2 refrigerators with one in the kitchen and downstairs kitchenette.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the home and property, EXCEPT the owner's closets that are marked and owners’s boat or jetski in the dock (if present.) Please note that because this home is in a serene, beautiful wooden area, there are rocky pathways. The path from the drive to the house and from the house to the dock are stone stepways. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. Please enjoy the view from the decks, outdoor seating, side yard space, fire pit, patio and boat dock. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please do not block the driveway. Parking is on gravel and grassy area beside the driveway. Please be aware of this and do not bring low sitting cars.

Book for full week (7 days) or a full month (28 days) and receive 15% off discount (equal to about 1 night free for every 7 days booked).
FEES:
Please note that the "Host's fee" is the cleaning fee only. We do not charge additional owner's fee. The fee covers the cost of having house cleaner come to do turn over service after your stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE;
- External cameras are located on the front, side and back of the house for monitoring when the property is vacant.
- Property is lake front with trees in a wooded area, so there are spiders, snakes and other critters around the property. We do our best to keep the property clean and pests away. Keep your eyes open for deer and wildlife often seen near the garage and driveway.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during the stay.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be requested at check-in for incidental charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges, special requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features include carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors.
- Please no unregistered guests unless host approved prior to stay.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. There will be a fee assessed for cleaning if smoking or vaping occurs and renter will be given poor rating for not following the rules. We have a family member with asthma who stays at the property and cannot tolerate any smoke remnants due to trouble breathing/asthma exacerbations triggered by smoke. My husband and I have dreamed of having a lake house to share with our family and children. We are excited to be able to share our dream house with other people as well. This is our private residence and not part of a rental house agency. We love to spend time with family, our 3 kids, and friends on the lake on our time off and hope you enjoy it as well.

We love the quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. We often see deer in the yard and around the property. The direct lake access is great and it is a quiet cove, safe for kids to swim and kayak. The area is easy to get to from surrounding towns.
What makes this property unique
We packed this home with activities that our family enjoys. Relax and play a round of pool. Sit out on the deck or by the firepit. Play Pack Man with the kids. Relax in one of the 2 living rooms and watch the big screen TVs. BBQ on the deck downstairs. This home has something for everyone.
