This is quite a new house in a newer neighborhood. The house was super clean and there were lots of amenities nearby, including restaurants and grocery stores. The back yard backed onto a neighborhood park, whuch the kids really liked. The house had lots of room to spread out- there were family rooms with tvs on all three floors and lots of bedrooms as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Honestly this was such a wonderful place to stay and it really helped make our trip to Calgary start off perfectly. It was clean, tidy, equipped with everything we needed and very spacious for the kids. Minimum contact with the host which was perfectly fine for our very busy trip to Calgary. Highly recommend

Calgary visit

I am going to agree with everything the reviewer from June 18th had to say. House was very spacious and clean. But….furniture was lacking greatly, very, very cheap. Mattresses in all but one room were way too soft. Towels were very worn. There were holes in some of the walls. Main level toilet did not work. We had to put a lightbulb in one of the downstairs bedrooms because the one that was in the ceiling barely gave off any light. Freezer door handle was broke as previous guest stated but my husband fixed it. Communication with owner was greatly lacking. I had to message to receive check-in and check-out instructions along with the WiFi information. House is obviously not being attended too very well after each guest.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I need to say something so the owners could improve and travelers be aware before renting. The house and location were nice. It was a big split level house but it was not finished or kept well. The door to the backyard opened to a big drop! No patio/deck so we couldn't use the outdoor space which was disappointing! (It should've been the highlight since it backs to a small park.) Luckily, we had no small kids who could've fallen.The furniture was very low quality and not adequate to fit 8 adults. It had a 4 person dinning table and the dinning chairs were thin and wobbled, one of the living room chair fell apart as I sat on it, the mattresses were uncomfortable, not enough dishes to cook in for size of the house and how many people it sleeps and the freezer door was broken.
