We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to the freeway, but the noise is not very noticeable. This location was perfect and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property could use some added kitchen items for baking and preparing meals, some fixing of prior damages, and deeper cleaning, but overall, it is a fantastic place to stay in Las Cruces.
The Property was superb! The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We hope it's available next year when The String-a-long Uke Band from Kerrville TX returns for the next Las Cruces Uke Fest. Also, the Property Manager was great! He is absolutely the nicest person to work with. We even attempted to get him to join us at the Uke Fest! But he already had plans, maybe next year :)From the beginning of the transaction (reserving the house) till the end of our stay was the best! Will definitely recommend using VRBO to all our friends and family and if anyone one is going to Las Cruces we'll definitely send them to the place we rented. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!
Great stay. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed. Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in and out and close the places we needed to go while in town.
Everything was great but a few things needed fixing. The lights and fan in the main room dont work. The community restroom had a clogged sink. The shower needs a shower curtain or door installed.
If you are looking for a nice house, quiet and clean then this is NOT the place for you. Let me start by saying we were supposed to check in at 3 we got there early and asked the owner if we could get an early check-in. He stated no. No big deal our check in was supposed to be at 3. We get there at 3 and waited another 45 minutes to get in the house because the cleaning lady was not finished, she didn’t get to the house until 3 to start cleaning. Very inconvenient and not honoring the agreement. The outside and inside of the house needs a lot of work. The air conditioner will not keep up with the hot temperatures outside. I like my house cold during the day and especially at night. The house has many patch marks on the walls and every door knob is loose. The air conditioner filters were clogged and I suspect contributed to poor airflow. The outside porch area is dirty. Oh and the neighbors have a dog that barks ALL night long. So good luck getting that relaxing vacation sleep. The house omits an oder like wet dog. Overall a terrible experience, please save yourself time/money and find another place.
We were in town for a small family get together. We found the house perfectly as described, in clean in orderly condition and very well stocked. The gym in the garage was a nice touch and allowed us to get a workout in.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet and right next to the I 25 and I 10 Junction. Location made it a little bit goofy trying to efficiently navigate to other spots but that’s a small complaint. The only other thing worth mentioning was the host was a little tough to get a hold of. Initially, our communications were pretty good, but it seemed like as soon as we checked in, they stopped answering any queries. Otherwise all was good.
My family and I stayed here on our way through town. The house was very clean and comfortable! My husband loved the gym in the garage as well—an added bonus! It was very nice that it had four bedrooms as well.
Some things we’d recommend to make the stay even nicer: the kitchen needs dish towels for drying dishes. Having a few Kleenex boxes would have been nice. And my in-laws, who slept in the master bedroom, said the light from the cars driving by affected their sleep some because the room has no curtains.
Other than those things, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and we enjoyed our stay!
We were in town for a golf tournament and stayed at this VRBO. It was perfect for us! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. In fact, we loved it so much we plan on staying there again for our tournament next month! It was a very reasonable price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
We stayed to drop off my daughter at NMSU. The home was located nearby with east access to the university. We loved sitting on the back porch drinking coffee in the mornings. The home has 2 King sized beds which is a HUGE plus!! The home was also very clean and well furnished.
While the interior of the home is a little sparse, everything you need is there. Plenty of room and a nice neighborhood to walk around. The back yard backs up to a highway, so the outdoor space is not great.
