House is beautiful, however amenities were really lacking. We stayed for nearly a week with a larger group which included elderly and infants. The AC did not work the for entirety of our stay. The house would not cool below 75 even after host provided fans and changed the air filters. It was rough. Some days it stayed at 80. Half of our party could not stay due to heat conditions and stayed at another property in town with working AC. We ran out of paper towels and trash bags, host had some delivered. We also ran out of toilet paper but had to buy our own after the host failed to provide after we requested it. Host communication is poor via app. I prefer not to text host from my personal phone but this was the only way to get a response with our requests and concerns.

Overall great stay! A good assortment of basic cooking ingredients. There are a lot of things overall that could be tightened (i.e. sink, handles, hooks, etc.) Some of the lighting also flickers (i.e. the porch lights, bathroom, bedroom)

Great location.

Great stay. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed. Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in and out and close the places we needed to go while in town.

Wonderful house for our group!

We were in town for a golf tournament and stayed at this VRBO. It was perfect for us! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. In fact, we loved it so much we plan on staying there again for our tournament next month! It was a very reasonable price and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to the freeway, but the noise is not very noticeable. This location was perfect and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property could use some added kitchen items for baking and preparing meals, some fixing of prior damages, and deeper cleaning, but overall, it is a fantastic place to stay in Las Cruces.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though, there were a few details that we feel were lacking, easy fixes. There were no paper towels, no hand towel in the second bathroom and no wine glasses.

Great home.

We stayed to drop off my daughter at NMSU. The home was located nearby with east access to the university. We loved sitting on the back porch drinking coffee in the mornings. The home has 2 King sized beds which is a HUGE plus!! The home was also very clean and well furnished.
