Wonderful trip with friends

We came to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of friends and it was such a wonderful place to stay. The backyard was absolutely dreamy we would definitely go back.

Did not spend very much time at the house to enjoy it since we were golfing and enjoying Scottsdale most of the time. Easy checkin and checkout. Good communication. House had all we needed. Very comfortable beds

Graduation Week

This was the perfect place to hold our family while our son graduated from ASU. From 21 to 83, every age was accommodated. The back yard is a total resort. The only reason for a 4 star rating is because it looked like they were doing some updating or remodeling which it needed in a couple of rooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is gorgeous. We would definitely stay again.

The location and size of the property were fantastic. But the house itself is a little run down and not well maintained. The pool was dirty and many sections of the home have been well lived in. For example, the master bedroom door handle fell off day one upon use. The internet also went in and out our entire stay causing us not to be able to use the television or other devices. When help was contacted it was less than helpful and slow to respond. We also had a lack of towels and kitchen supplies like zip loc bags and tin foil. Overall the stay was just ok and for the price and size of the property we expected more.
