What an amazing weekend we had! Fantastic location within a short walk to main events in town. This is a very comfortable house in a cute neighborhood with incredible outdoor space. The customer service from the property service was top notch. Thank you!

The house was a good option for a group of dads and boys between lacrosse tournaments. The house was big enough for 9 people and the pool and hot tub were great additions. It is also located in an area that is easy to walk to restaurants and shops.The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as we would have liked and the kitchen is small. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition, but the outside area isn’t well maintained.

Great location- it was an easy walk downtown to dinner, shopping, and activities. The house had plenty of space for our group of 12. The house was clean and as described. During our stay we found there wasn’t a lid to the coffee pot making the machine to spill, we notified the host and within 3 hours we were provided with a new coffee machine. The only frustration we had was with the management company during the booking process. There were a lot of additional fees and deposits that were not transparent.

Very nicely renovated property in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Highly recommend for groups / families and very kid friendly. Great location to walk to all that Annapolis has to offer.

It was really easy to communicate with the management company that was working as the host for the Home. As things came up, they addressed them quickly. The only thing that I would request in the future is to have the pool cleaned prior to arrival even if that was not the normal scheduled day for service.

This beautiful property is in a great location. My family and I were able to walk to shops and restaurants and enjoy all Annapolis has to offer. We had plenty of space in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family gathering.

Best Location

We had a family long weekend in Annapolis and really enjoyed our stay in this home! Location was great, very quiet neighborhood. Annapolis is a beautiful city with lots to see and do. The Navy Academy is a must see, take the water taxi over to Eastport, quiet neighborhood with great restaurants. We will be back!

We were in town for our Niece’s wedding with all of our kids and their spouses/significant others. Great being able to stay all together in one place! House was very clean and comfortable - worked out great!!

Too overpriced. The house places emphasis on the pool and hot tub, that is why we booked. The pool and tub were never cleaned and we requested hot tub heat that they control and we never got it. Then we never had access to the master bed on the first floor until the end of our first night. Eric the host did not communicate effectively to fix the errors in a timely manner to enjoy our stay. The space is okay, very cookie cutter and tv's in only 3 bedrooms

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the pool is professionally balanced and serviced multiple times each week and was maintained throughout your stay. In fact, a local team member visited within an hour of your check-in to remove leaves that had accumulated after a particularly breezy day. Since your stay, we have also trimmed back nearby trees to further reduce leaves entering the pool area. We also provide complimentary hot tub heating upon request until 10:00 PM each evening and make this information clear in both our listing and guest communications. Because the hot tub is heated on demand through a mobile app, guests simply need to message us when they would like it heated. Had we received such a request, we would have been happy to turn it on for you. While we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, we do not believe this review accurately reflects the condition of the property or the responsiveness of our team.

Amazing find in a great location!

Beautiful house in great location! It was the perfect house for our annual trip (group of 10 friends) to Annapolis! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need in a rental house. Eric and team were super responsive and accommodating! Highly recommended! Will definitely come back next year!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

Stayed at this property with extended family in town for a funeral. The home is comfortable and roomy. Our children (ages 20-29) loved the location and being able to walk to sightsee and restaurants nearby. Great communication from the manager. Would be a great spot for Naval Academy events.

We had a great stay in Annapolis. In fact, our coffee machine was not working properly and within a few hours we had a new one. Eric was incredibly responsive and the house was clean and accommodated our large group.
