This house has everything that you need for a family get away. All you need is a bathing suit. There is an amazing pool, outdoor space, games, ping pong, fully stocked kitchen, and more. Perfect place for families to reunite! We will definitely be coming back!

This was THE perfect house! Clean, large rooms and kitchen! The pool is great and clean! The attached dock provided us some fun fishing and only a 10 minute drive to the golf course! It was the perfect location for a golf and fishing trip. Also, the host Sarah is very responsive answering our questions prior to the trip and over the weekend within a few minutes. If you are looking for a great place for plenty of room for a large family, this is your place! 10 out of 10

The home was amazing for family time. View of the lake was so relaxing and sitting by the pool visiting and catching up while kids swam was amazing. Enjoyed watching Braves in living room at night!!Went to Pat's Place in Americus for pizza and blue grass music!! Love the lake and views! Hope to go back again!

Awesome Place

We booked last minute for a place to shelter from the hurricane that hit our town head on! The owner was very gracious- the place was amazing since we had 3 families and worked out perfect for our group - will definitely be back when we can truly enjoy the amenities and property!

Great getaway!

This y has everything. Lots of space for extended family, pool, pool toys, towels, dock. The kids enjoyed fishing, a day on the lake from a rented pontoon, saw a gator take out a fish, and enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Quiet neighborhood, great time. Close to Cypress Grill and the marina.

Family stay for local wedding

Our daughter got married on Fritz Farm and our family and friends traveled to GA for the festivities and needed a large place to stay. We had an excellent time and Sarah is a fantastic host!!! This house is great for large group!!! Had a blast thanks Sarah!!!

Bugs bugs bugs

Beautiful place if I could make one suggestion it would be to screen in the pool. We had a great time. Access to restaurants by boat was a bonus. Recommend staying! Host was super responsive. The internet might need to be updated.
