One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in the detached garge- great for guest or in-laws. Endless hot water thanks to modern tankless water heater, plus high-speed internet.

Step outside to your private backyard paradise featuring a sparkling saltwater pool with a slide, outdoor kitchen and two outdoor TVs- all complemented by a Sonos sound system. Evenings are best spent by the fire pit, while kids will love the swingset.

The property offer direct water access- ideal for kayaks and small boats- though waterway is narrow & shallow.
Conveniently located Approximately 12 minutes from Veterans State Park, 20 minutes from Cordele, 20 minutes from Americus.

If outdoor kitchen trash cans were used please be sure to empty & take trash to the bin at the end of the driveway
