Close to Town with a Remote Feel, Wooded View

Beautiful, Brand New 3 Bedroom Casita on Foothill Blvd. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and a tree-filled view from the front porch. Our location is secluded yet close enough to downtown, casinos and recreation. Backyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. Our driveway, although on an incline, is long enough to park your boats and other recreational vehicles.
We love long-term guest as well as weekend visitors.

Casita on Foothill is a great starting point for recreation. We are close to Lake Oroville, amazing hiking trails and the Casino.

What makes this property unique

Our home is less than 3 years old which makes it stand out among the rest. Our beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Our backyard has plenty of seating along with a gas BBQ and fire pit.
