My husband and I have both worked in the hospitality industry, attempting to go above and beyond for people. Although I paused my real estate career to stay at home with our kids, I was still able to look for a unique property that would bring us joy! We have always enjoyed escaping to the mountains. When we first saw this house we felt like it was the perfect escape to comfortably enjoy with our friends and family. We designed it around doing just that and we put our whole hearts into making that happen. We decided we would feel the most fulfilled by giving other families and friends the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we do! We can't help but to pour our hospitality and customer service experience into this adventure. We want to make sure everyone has the best, most memorable experience that we have to offer!

Why they chose this property

Counting mountain peaks has always been one of my favorite activities when going to the mountains. This neighborhood is nestled in a mountain that is surrounded by long range views of mountain peaks...all shapes and sizes! The view is breathtaking and is constantly changing based on the time of day and the time of year! To keep things exciting, the weather can even change the mountain peak count within MINUTES! We also enjoy the short range view of farmland. To top it all off, a picturesque red barn can be seen from the living room windows! It's a very peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is mutually quiet and respectful.

Situated on 14 acres of land, this home offers privacy and seclusion, allowing you to truly get away from it all. The fully paved driveway provides easy access to the property and ample parking for multiple vehicles (it's a bit tricky turning around!) you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the natural beauty of the surrounding area, while still having all the modern convenience of home.
