Ashley was wonderful to work with and very responsive. This property is in a neighborhood, but situated where you feel nicely secluded and with million-dollar views. A very well stocked kitchen, wonderful gathering areas, and nice outdoor space made this a special place for our family reunion.

Great home in a really good location. Very quiet at the very end of a neighborhood. We stayed for almost a week for our son's destination wedding. The property was very large with room to spread out. All the accommodations were very nice. The price was very reasonable for the size of property.

Absolutely impeccable! The house was even better than expected, so much space and perfectly stocked with everything we could need. The host responded very quickly to any messages I sent and was always kind and gracious. We cannot wait to stay at this home again!!

Our Mother Daughter group of 10 had an amazing stay at Sweetwater. The home & setting are gorgeous! It was close to downtown Asheville & some hikes! Everything we needed was available & the home was very clean! Some of us had an early arrival & late departure and they were able to accommodate that. I highly recommend staying here!!

This is a beautiful property. We had 10 siblings and it accommodated all of us. The most special spot was the round dining table for 10. The property manager was incredibly supportive to our needs. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 10, ages 16-74, loved our 7 nights at this spacious cabin. Room to spread out… convenient location for numerous activities. Our host ( Ashley) was so responsive, thoughtful and friendly…wonderful to do business with her. From the large hot tub to the second frig in the garage to the much used separate ice maker, you’ll appreciate every amenity. While there, be sure to visit the Canton Recreation Park. A gem for the community with a shaded walking path along the river, an abundant community garden and places to put-in for tubing. Overall… just a wonderful experience!

Beautiful house. Great space for a family reunion.

We really enjoyed our time at Sweetwater Lodge. We had family in and out over our two-week stay and there was plenty of room and activities for all.

We arrived to the wonderfully appointed, fully equipped, beautiful mountain top home. The views are incredible, the atmosphere was peaceful, with the feeling of seclusion while being only minutes from stores and attractions. Everyone in our group commented about how beautiful the grounds were kept. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to quickly and cheerfully. In short, we had a great time at Sweetwater Lodge and plan on returning in the future. Thank you Ashley.

We loved our stay at Sweetwater Lodge! It was the perfect halfway point between Asheville and our daughter’s wedding venue. The host was incredibly responsive—from my initial inquiry through our departure. If we ever travel to the area with a large group again, this would definitely be our first choice. The lodge offered plenty of space to spread out, as well as quiet areas to relax and enjoy some time to yourself. It was also conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores, making our stay even more comfortable.

Lovely luxury rental property

We had a great stay at the Sweetwater Lodge. The house itself is beautiful and it was well equipped for cooking, etc….it even had a Vitamix. It’s in a beautiful area pretty close to Asheville but more secluded. Ashley (our host) was very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
