Those views really do steal the show — so glad you enjoyed them! We'd love to welcome you back anytime.

A family of black bears is quite the sighting, and we love that the views delivered. Glad the hot tub and pool were a hit and that the home felt like good value for your group. Thank you for pointing out a few upkeep items as well, which we've passed along to our team to take care of. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad the view, kitchen touches, and ice in the freezer were appreciated. Your feedback about the kitchen cabinets and more information on the road is noted—we’ll look into ways to make that clearer for future guests.

Hi, Erika! That sounds like an incredible mountain retreat—stunning views, relaxation, and a little bit of Asheville wildlife adventure! The mix of privacy and convenience is perfect. Did you get to explore any nearby hikes or just soak up the scenery from the deck and hot tub? We hope to host you again!

Thank you, Lisa! We’re so glad to hear you had a great time and enjoyed the amazing views, especially from the kitchen! We appreciate you mentioning the windy roads and the convenience of downtown Asheville. It’s great to know the property was well-stocked and met your needs. Thank you for your recommendation, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you, Julia! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the home's features and our prompt responses. It's wonderful that the space and amenities met your group's needs. We look forward to welcoming you back to Asheville for another great trip!

It sounds like a wonderful family trip — so glad the pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone, especially the grandkids, and that the seclusion paired with easy access to Asheville hit the sweet spot. Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful feedback; it's exactly the kind that helps us improve. I'm glad the team got to the pool filter right away, and I've passed your notes along on the glassware and silverware as well as the general upkeep — the door seals, windows, parquet, and some trimming around the grounds and hot tub. We appreciate you taking the time to lay it all out, and we'd love to welcome your extended family back again.

Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we're glad the view and the hot tub were highlights for you. We appreciate you noting that the host was responsive and communicative, too. We understand the driveway felt stressful with little ones in the car, and that the home wasn't quite the fit for the in-and-out pace you prefer on vacation. We've shared your feedback so that the access and the listing details can be reviewed. We appreciate you taking the time to share what worked and what didn't for your group. We'd love to host you again.

Thank you, Jenna! We’re glad to hear you had an amazing time at the Ciel property and enjoyed the spectacular views, pool, and hot tub. It’s great that you found everything well stocked and appreciated our team's recommendations and the welcome basket. We're glad the transportation was convenient despite the windy road! Thank you for your kind words, and we’d love to welcome you back for more unforgettable memories!
