Welcome to home away from home. Available from June 15 to December 15 of 2023 for $2000/month (applicable taxes and fees are not included) - 30 days minimum stay. Also available at $185/night from January 15 to March 2 of 2024 and at $165/night in May of 2024 - also for 30 days minimal stay.
Cosy and modern first floor 2bed/2bath condo offers 9 ft ceilings, a fully-equipped contemporary stainless steel and granite kitchen and full-size laundry. Enjoy the beautiful pond view with a fountain from a screened in lanai. 2 smart TV's and fast-speed Internet are included.
Positano Place is a gated and patrolled (after hours) community. Resort style amenities include heated pool overlooking the lake with jacuzzi and kitchenette/outdoor sports bar, a clubhouse with games room (billiards & shuffleboard), media room and sitting areas, fitness center, and executive business center.
