Fantastic rental property on Saratoga Lake. Beautiful and comfortable house, wonderful dock and water views. The front porch, living room annd the upstairs bedrooms have lovely views too. Very pretty master. Everything in top shape and so many amenities upon arrival. Pat is an amazing host and could not have been nicer. It was perfect for a 7 person family group and we could even bring our dogs. Steep hill down to the lake but totally doable for able adults. And very close to Saratoga Springs - a 5 star stay.

Good house, nice views and kayaks included!
Location is good, beautiful views of Saratoga Lake, and convenient by car to all the area attractions. The kayak access is across the street, down a steep uneven path covered with vines. (I believe the owner plans to fix the path soon). Two single kayaks and a paddleboard are provided, as well as 2 adirondack chairs on the dock--very nice spot to hang out once you get down there! It is worth noting that the street is a busy one with lots of traffic, day and night. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and living room quite adequate. The fridge and some of the dishes were not so clean when we arrived. Also worth noting is that there is a separate apartment in the basement, with tenants that need to drive in and out using the same driveway. Back yard looks nice, would be good for kids.
