The Space:
This luxury oceanfront unit has been updated to offer the ultimate beach vacation experience. With breathtaking views of the ocean from nearly every room, you'll feel like you're in paradise the entire trip. The condo features elegant and comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating for all guests. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring you have a good night's sleep. The condo also features an expansive private balcony where you can sit back and relax while enjoying the sounds of the waves. With all the latest amenities included, this rental is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a luxurious getaway.

**Please note, we can sleep up to 8 guests, however, 2 of the beds are folding cots best suited for children**

Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Filter coffee machine.

Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable + streaming services on the flat screen TV. Electric fireplace for cool but cozy nights!

Dining Area: Open concept- dining room visible from kitchen and family room. 4 chairs + bench seating to accommodate 6-8 guests. Includes full wall windows to enjoy the ocean views during every meal.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Includes dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV. Balcony access! Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Double vanity, toilet, and stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with attached bathroom. Includes dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and main area. Includes a full shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds and TV in room.

Additional sleeping option: 2 folding bed cots

Balcony: Huge space and beautiful, unobstructed oceanfront views. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared indoor pool and open year round!

Hot tub: Shared complex hot tub in pool area.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located on the deck.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.

Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building.

Deck Area: Shared oceanfront deck area with lounge chairs included

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool, hot tub and oceanfront deck.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a quiet and secluded part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation. Although the area is quiet, you are still a quick drive to all the great restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer!

Getting Around:
The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: The condo can sleep up to 8 guests when using the provided 2 folding bed cots. The 2 cots are best suited for smaller children.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.

Routine Pest Control happens on the third Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: WiFi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
