Pool coming late April 2024! Just a few steps from the private beach access for Sunshine Lane guests, you’re only 3 mins from having your toes in the sand! Lil Sunshine is the perfect place for families, girls trips, and romantic getaways. There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax together in the living room, or taking in the ocean breeze on the back porch while sipping a cold beverage. However you like to relax, Lil Sunshine is here to make it easier for you to forget your troubles and enjoy your vacation!
Your beds are made with complimentary linens, towels are included in the bathrooms along with, shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as starter rolls of TP and paper towels. Just pack your cooler, chairs, and your swimsuit, and you’re all set!
With a ramp instead of steps for the beach access it’s easy to bring your beach or fishing cart, cooler, stroller, and anything else you need for a great day on the beach. And the beaches here are plenty wide to spread out and have space just for your family and friends without feeling like you’re on top of another group.
May - November is sea turtle nesting season and it is quite a treat to be there for a boil watch and see hatchlings leave their nest for the ocean.
Holden Beach is a family friendly beach and everyone is welcome at Lil Sunshine. There’s an awesome playground and basketball/pickleball court at the Bridge Park. Bring your bike for an easy bike ride to the pier for ice cream and general store. For dinner you are a short drive to restaurants like our favorites, Provision Company, Mermaid’s Island Grill, Sorella’s Italian restaurant, and Sea Biscuit.

Lovely Family Vacation

Absolutely fantastic beach house for our family vacation! From the breathtaking ocean views to the spacious and beautifully decorated interiors, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the sun-drenched patio and evenings looking at stars on the beach. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, allowing us to easily come and go throughout the day. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was flawless. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our beach getaway. Five stars all around – we'll definitely be back and can’t wait to swim in that pool!

A great beach retreat

We enjoyed our stay very much at this house. It was exactly as pictured online, everything was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and super convenient beach access. Our kids enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed relaxing on the back deck. Communication with the host was always helpful and prompt. We would stay here again for sure.

This property was fantastic. Short walk to beach. The house was clean and spacious! We were 7 women on a week long holiday all the way from NY. One small recommendation… the beds are not of greatest comfort. However we will be back and we will share this location w all our friends and family :)

Happy trip

Every part of the house was clean and crisp! From the dishes to the bedding to the bathroom showers to the floor, even outside. Nicely decorated, and we didn’t find anything we needed that wasn’t there.
