The house is in a great location, and the views are beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.That said, there were a few things that could have been better for the price we paid. There was a strong musty smell when we checked in, and within the first 24 hours we found four half-dead cockroaches. We weren’t sure if the house had recently been treated for pests and whether that may have contributed to the smell, but it wasn’t a great first impression.One other issue, which I noticed has been mentioned in a previous review, is the area around the house and driveway. It isn’t particularly well maintained, and there are grass burrs everywhere. This was a nightmare with our dog, as they constantly got caught in his fur and we had to cut them out every day.Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and loved the location and views, but addressing the pest issue and maintaining the outdoor areas would make the experience significantly better.

Great place to stay

Great house for the week! Communication very easy with the property manager, and the couple issues that we ran into were quickly resolved with the manager. The house could definitely use some improvements as it was a little dated and drafty, but the location could not be better!

Super access to the beach and everything in town. Awesome views from the balconies. Quiet part of the beach.

Quiet Beach Front Property

The location felt safe and quiet. Beach access was easy and the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was nice, spacious and well stocked.Would recommend new locks for the doors as not all of them worked. Overall, a great beach rental and recommend to others!

Great vacation

This is the second year we have rented this property for our beach vacation and it was another great experience. Perfect location and the elevator made it possible for grandparents to enjoy the week as well. The property manager, Gina, was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall a very nice stay! Very clean and hostess met us and was super wonderful. Elevator is a game changer if you have an elderly dog or person! Tv is fire stick, so good luck figuring out how to get basic ABC channel, or working it in general. I

Great stay! As advertised! Short walk to beach! Had an issue with the clothes dryer but they tried to repair it next day, very thankful for their attentiveness!

Amazing beach views

Enjoyed our week at the beach. Loved the great views. Short walk to beach aces was great! Plenty of room for our family if 8. Great kitchen! The covered porch was the best part of the house!!!!
