Very disappointed

Had to stay in different apartment first night. Then went into our place the 2nd night,was given some money back for inconvenience. Apartment we rented was still being remolded, shelves in the medicine cabinet not in had very little counter space. Also the listing said has dishwasher, grill, toaster and spa whirlpool didn’t have. Also parking was terrible. A/C didn’t work, didn’t say anything till we left was just very frustrated with place. I was very disappointed in this place, wouldn’t recommend till they are done remolding.

Thanks for staying with us. We always provide the highest quality of hospitality to our guest. The property is fully furnished with nothing pending. You confirmed AC worked the first day, and a technician was brought out as soon as it was reported. Although you had an oversized truck ,You were able to park on your assigned space on driveway. We checked on you every day to see if you needed anything and you never complained for once. The apartment is a top rated brand new building and all amenities are on-site.

Nightmare on Fairmount street

Vrbo issues 1. Stain on couch 2. Door missing strike plate (missed multiple Ubers trying to get it locked) 3. Misleading ad on location. This is in the middle of the hood in an unsafe neighborhood. 4. Messed up dining table 5. Subpar bathtub 6. Lack of amenities (had to ask for coffee as only 3 k cups were out for 5 of us) Had to ask for toilet paper and there was only 1 towel per person for the entire week. 7. One bedroom had no a/c 8. Parking was nearly impossible 9. Single cup Keurig machine overflows and is too small for up to 5 guests staying. Has odd smell to it. 10. Dirty return vent I will be contacting someone at vrbo in the morning because this was not a fun vacation as we paid extra for missed Ubers and there was a dangerous construction site next door with no railing or fence.
