Room 1: Upstairs - Master Bedroom with A/C, king size bed, spacious bathroom and closets. (Rain shower, double sinks), TV, access to a privet balcony.

Potentially a great property

This property has a beautiful convenient location and is spacious, the pool is nice. We were disappointed to find it in a state of disrepair and in need of cleaning. Locks were broken and we were not able to secure the doors when we left. Only lock the front gate. We could not access the front patio because of a jammed lock and broken window. There was a broken shower head and a plugged shower drain. We did not complain about this at the time as the owner explained that the last tenant damaged a bunch of things and there wasn’t enough time to fix them. On checkout we started getting blamed for putting our dirty towels on the floor and got sent pictures of damaged items that we did not break or damage and received threatening messages that we would be charged for it. I would go into this rental with caution. Document carefully any damages with pictures. Get a detailed list of checkout instructions to avoid any misunderstandings with the owner. Enjoy Cozumel! We had an incredible time on the island.
