About this property

The property consists of one main house "Casa Eugenia " and one guest house "casita Miguelito ". Both can accommodate up to 8 people. Located in the heart of Corpus Christy neighborhood, just 3 minutes short walk to the waterfront. Near supermarkets, restaurants parks and movie theaters. The outdoor bar and grill is such a convenience for making your favorite Margarita or Mojito and in perhaps call a chef to cook and prepare for you and your group amazing authentic dishes. Enjoy large swimming pool 15 x 29 feet with constant depth of 5 feet. Night time is the most magical surrounded by tropical garden, dancing under the Cozumel stars, enjoying your family and friends. Almost every night there are interesting performances located by the municipal building and police which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Or perhaps would like to visit the museum of Art and browse the center square with light up fountain and many restaurants and shops.

Great location, very clean and spacious for a large group.

Beto was a wonderful host! The house was well equipped for divers (with a separate space to rinse and dry out gear), plenty of room to accommodate a large group. Very close to shopping, local eateries and the beach. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

Amazing oasis in the heart of Cozumel

This home is the perfect base to experience Cozumel from. It is very comfortable with all the amenities we needed and even a space to clean and dry my diving gear. This is truly an upscale experience for great value. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will hope this house is available the next time we visit Cozumel.
