Casa Colonial is a vacation rental resort located in the heart of San Miguel, Cozumel. It consists of four villas surrounded by a privacy wall and an extra-large and lush tropical garden that surrounds the pool and Jacuzzi.

Upon entering our large privacy gates, the immediate reaction our guests have is WOW! The vibrant colors & Mexican Colonial architecture immerse guests in the look and feel of "Old Colonial Mexico."

This VRBO listing is for Villa Guava (Villa #2). It will sleep 4 comfortably (max. 5). For special sleeping arrangements we also have new portable beds. If you require more than 1 Villa let us know and we will send you VRBO reservation requests for the number of Villas you will need.

Lovely little apartments

This is a group of connected apartments all sharing a courtyard and common grounds (no office or anything) just a pool. And outdoor shower and bbq (don’t worry they all have indoor bathrooms and showers too). Beautiful grounds with turtles. Quiet apartments. With everything you need. Not fancy but very well kept. Perfect for our stay. And Alex the on-site manager is fantastic!
