Casa Colonial, Cozumel’s Villa Guava;
Villa Guava is 1 of 4 uniquely designed villas nestled inside a large, lush tropical garden with heated pool, Mexican Pavillion Dining area, Housekeeping, designated SCUBA area with shower, rinse tank & rack, thatched-roofed BBQ area with seating, free parking & wi-fi and more. Our guests love the small, tame free-roaming turtles that inhabit the garden!
Villa Guava consists of two levels. The first level contains a living room, dining room kitchen and half bath. A personal washer and dryer are situated next to your kitchen.
The second level consists of two bedrooms, each with their own private baths. A King-sized bed is in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed is contained in the second bedroom (for comfortable sleeping arrangements, a portable bed is found in the master closet). Each villa is 1,200 s.f.
Villa Guava’s rate includes up to 4 guests or 5(additional charge applies). If you require multiple villas for your group, please contact us, and we will make the arrangements with you.

I'm Sarah Rodriguez. My husband Bob designed and built Casa Colonial in 2000. We wanted to build something unique on Cozumel that gave visitors the feel of Mexican Colonial architecture with all the modern conveniences of today. That was the simple concept that guided the design of every facet of Casa Colonial. Arches, columns, Talavera, vibrant colors, roll barrel tile accents, “Equipale” (hand crafted Mexican Furniture: headboards, Armoires, Original art, dining room tables, and chairs, etc.) and more assures that you will be immersed in all things Mexico! What makes this property unique
Our attention to detail and to our guest's needs have been a focal point. The "garden oasis" is beautifully landscaped and tropical with small indigenous land turtles that roam around; the Colonial-style architecture lets guests know they are in Mexico and not a generic room. From the Property Manager to the Housekeeper, Pool cleaner and Gardener, our staff is very personable and friendly. Finally, the location is great for exploring in-town. Casa Colonial is surrounded by some of the Island's favorite restaurants. Our guests love this!
