The house was everything we needed for our large family. The rooms were spacious, and enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Location felt very safe and close to everything we needed. Our host was amazing and very quick with responses to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Location was excellent to the Stadium and Canal Street. You're able to walk or Uber. Downfall, the house was not cleaned at all, towels had spots, sheets had spots, the rugs were filthy needs to be dumped. Tile and setup was very pretty but just needed a better cleaning company and furniture. The door knobs were broken to two of the bathrooms, two beds sunk in the middle, couple of the kitchen stools were broken. The host response was very quickly if needed. Pool area was gorgeous.

Fabulous house which was perfect for a couple of families with kids traveling. We loved the pool, beds were comfy, and any very minor issues were fixed immediately. The house is stocked and ready to go.

We stayed here for a family birthday celebration and really loved the property! There was plenty of room for 8 of us and the number of bathrooms was amazing. Max was GREAT and very attentive!!

Such an amazing home. Asthetically pleasing. Very roomy and comfortable. The location was no more than 10-15 minutes away from best New Orleans restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet. The host Max was very accommodating as my guest flights arrived before check-in and were allowed to drop luggage off early and returning flights leave after the 11:00 AM check-out. I highly recommend this amazing home to any group or family vacationing in New Orleans

We booked this location for a bachelorette and it exceeded our expectations! The house was very nice , spacious, and clean. The host was accommodating and a pleasant person to work with. He responded in a timely manner and made sure everything was up to par. My only complaint would be not enough lighting around the pool area. Granted the pool is closed after 10 but it gets dark around 7:30 so light was needed. Other than that the home was perfect. Definitely will be booking again.

Perfect place

We booked this for my daughter’s birthday trip, everything was perfect! The house was very clean and spacious. Max was amazing and very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. Check in and out was super easy. Plenty of space for us to chill outside by the pool. Loved that we all had our own space when needed and our own bathrooms to get ready. It was great that we could cook every day with the fully stocked kitchen. We walked to bourbon and French Quarter almost every day, everyone in the group agreed we would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

The house was perfect for our group of 6. The bedrooms were spacious and had access to bathrooms. The appliances were modern and the kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. The back patio was spacious and the heated pool was perfect for our fall trip especially after a cold front blew through at the end of our trip. The just was very quick to respond to any question or need we had. The location was not the best as the road was narrow with parked cars on both sides and heavy traffic going both ways. The saving grace was the house had its own driveway big enough for our two vehicles. The neighborhood was a little run down but located close to all the major tourist attractions. All in all we had a great time and this property served our every need. I would recommend it for large groups or families.

Overall the inside of the home was beautiful. Additional parking was HORRIBLE as random people would park in front of the home making it hard for guest of the home to park. The pool area was very nice, however we were not able to use it due to no lighting through the walk way and no lighting at the pool other than one dim motion light that is blocked by the gazebo. I contacted the landlord regarding lighting and his response as a homeowner was very pass aggressive and he made no attempt to assist. There are a string of light wrapped around the steps to the out because there is no outdoor lighting. I asked him if he could accommodate so that we would be able to see out side due to no lighting and his response was there, “there may be an extension cord in the closet” needless to say, there wasn’t and as far as lighting by the pool, his response was, “unfortunately there is lighting, just minimal” again there’s a dim motion light that come La on when you walk pass and it goes right back out. No light shines on the pool, it’s pitch black and surrounded by trimmed bushes, snakes or anything could have been lurking. So, unfortunately we were not able to use the pool at night and couldn’t use it during the day as we had scheduled plans up until 7:30/8pm. So, I’d give the home inside 10/10, yard and pool area 3/10 just for looks during daylight and the host 5/10.

Great Stay!

Our first impression of the property once we arrived was very welcoming and our check in process was smooth! I really liked that the property has its own parking area. Lights and TVs were on and looked ambient temperature of the home was nice. We did however find some dirty cups in cupboards loose garments left behind from previous guest and some minor areas that were slightly dirty. The water tasted funny but was immediately resolved once mentioned to the host. The beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE! The sheets are some of the softest sheets I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The amenities that were provided were so many. Honestly one of the most well kept rentals I have ever stayed at. The master upstairs is facing the road so it can be noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Any issues stated above did not affect our stay whatsoever. I will be coming back!

All the bathrooms you could ever need

Overall this property is perfect. It was clean, all 5 bedrooms had an en-suite, the pool was wonderful and all the appliances worked. 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and book again with a group. Things that could have been better, earlier notice about the construction next door, with the option to switch bookings if needed. The construction did impact our sleeping hours and ability to use the outdoor pool until after 7pm. Having clear checkin and checkout guide available in the house with some recommendations on local spots would be a nice touch. But our host overall did a great job, as this is a new listing you expect some small bumps. If you’re looking for an accessible spot with a little more room, highly recommend this stay. Thing

Wonderful Find for our Purpose

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Very clean and well kept. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath; 4 ensuites with one hall bath just across from the bedroom. Bathrooms were small and not much, if any, counter space to keep toiletries. The only complaint here was the towel selection. Poor quality and inconsistent sets for 2 people to share. All bedrooms had queen beds except for the master which had a king and daybed. Very nice & clean private pool and patio area. The neighborhood was not what we expected; looked like more of an outdated business district turned residential. However, the location was great, short distances by car to multiple areas. The Host, Max was great to communicate with both before and during our stay. We never waited for a response from him; they came immediately with all questions answered. For the ease of getting around, a good location.

Our group rented this home and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep upon arrival, which did not match the listing photos or expectations. While the house is spacious and the pool was nice, we encountered numerous maintenance issues.Upon checking in, we found dirty walls, grime-covered window blinds, stained rugs, dusty surfaces, and dirty countertops and sinks that we had to personally sanitize before use. Most concerningly, multiple beds had visible yellow and red stains on the sheets, and there was loose hair on the bedding and floor. The master bedroom lights were actively flickering, and the upstairs hallway bathroom sink was completely unsecure. The host offered to send a cleaner out after we arrived, but the proposed solution was to wash the existing stained sheets mid-stay rather than provide fresh, unstained replacement linens. As a group of ten guests who had already unpacked our luggage, electronics, and valuables, we were not comfortable leaving a stranger unattended in the home to perform basic cleaning that should have been completed prior to our check-in. If hygiene and proper maintenance are important to you, I would recommend considering other properties.
