Lower unit in basement level. Not ADA, people with mobility issues would be difficult. Location is beautiful.

Summer Family Trip
We booked this unit on very short notice and it was perfect for our family of four. Baypoint is a great location and the dock(s) and swimming areas were great. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice location, as pictured
The location and beach access were fantastic. Parking was easy and plentiful, even with our extra long truck. The condo was as pictured, it’s a bit dated and a few updates would go a very long way. There was a coffee maker but no coffee provided which made for an unexpected early morning trip to the convenience store. We loved sipping coffee on the wooded deck. The front door takes you immediately down a steep flight of stairs so we ended up using the sliding door at deck to bring in our things. If location and beach access is a top priority for you then this place is a great value. For us, it isn’t so we already booked a place for next summer without water access that is brand new, larger, more amenities and lower price. It really depends on your priorities whether this is a great choice for you.
