This newly remodeled home is located a five minute walk to the beach and is perfect for a family beach getaway. With plenty of entertaining space at the house and all the fun activities and dining opportunities that West Dennis and Dennis Port have to offer just a walk or bike ride away, your summer memories are ready to be made!
The space
New for 2022: Lush lawn w/automatic sprinkler system, large crushed shell driveway, & Hulu Live subscription! Also enjoy recent updates of new large patio, built-in gas fire pit, pvc outdoor enclosed shower, 60" smart tv, Sonos speakers, and new grill with accessories.
The main living area offers an open concept and comfortable living space with endless sunlight. The spacious living room with 60” SMART TV and comfortable living space opens to a gorgeous updated kitchen. The kitchen includes quartz counter tops, built-in wine fridge,, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the supplies you'll need for family dinners and outdoor barbecues/clambakes. The dining room has a beautiful new white dining table with seating for 5. WiFi internet, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning (2 zones) are additional amenities that will make your stay a delight!
Our West Dennis cottage is located walking distance to South Village Beach and very close to West Dennis Beach. Nationally recognized Mayflower and Corporation beaches are also a short drive within Dennis. We are also located just a short walk to Swan Pond River where you can paddle, kayak, canoe, paddle boat, or stand-up-paddle-board all day long from Pond to Ocean and back! And your Cape vacation won't be complete without a trip to Sundae School, Clancy's Fish & Chips, Swan River Seafood, Cuffy’s, and Holiday Hill mini golf! Or take a day trip on your bikes along the Cape Cod Rail Trail all the way to Coast Guard Beach in Wellfleet. All of this and more is accessible without a car from your luxury South Village Road retreat!
Outdoors you'll enjoy privacy with a great distance from neighbors on all sides. The back yard has plenty of seating at the picnic table and patio set for your sunset barbecues. The large yard offers plenty of space for bocce, croquet, & corn hole to help you wind down after a day at the beach. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower, (NEW!)gas grill, gas fire pit with plenty of seating, and plenty of beach equipment available for your convenience.
The bedrooms have space for sleeping 6. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and a single bed with plenty of storage/closet space. Bedroom 2 offers a single bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed also with plenty of storage/closet space. Both bathrooms are completely updated and luxurious. We hope the washing machine and dryer will be just one of the many conveniences to make your beach vacation a joy.
